 Do you provide consulting services?
We will provide consulting services free of charge for the first hour. If your project takes more than a hour we will charge you a consulting fee of $60.00 per hour. This consulting fee covers our raw cost to spend quality time on writing out a proposal and scope of agreement. Consulting fees are prearranged amounts agreed upon before any work is done. Consulting fees are charged whether you move foward with project or not.
How do you handle Project Management?
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager. During the application development we try to keep our clients actively involved as much as they feel fit. We ask our clients to use screen shots and emails to submit all troubles to our company. If something needs escalation you can contact your project manager directly.

As much as possible we will let you see your development on a stage server.
How long does it take to complete a project?
During the quote process we will estimate how many days it will take to complete your project. In our scope of agreement we will provide you with a start date and an estimated completion date. We do everything within our power to complete ahead of schedule. Start and finish dates include time for our clients to review our work. If you find any problems that are listed within the scope we will put a rush on fixing them.
What are the cost?
We strive to keep our costs affordable for anyone--from an individual to large companies. If you are looking for something cheap, however, you have found the wrong company. We don't do anything cheap. Cheap gets you no where when your trying to develop something exceptional.
What kind of stuff do you do?
If you're unsure of what you want, then you can describe your vision and we'll bring that vision to fruition. We assign you a Joomla consultant that will walk you through all the steps of creating that vision. We have extensive knowledge in Joomla 1.0 frame work and Joomla 1.5 frame work, if you are looking for advanced components that integrate with Community Builder, Viruemart, and many more web applications. We can also create advanced new functions inside of already created software for Joomla.

How do I get started?
You can contact sales during their normal business hours by phone. You can also open a ticket and we will respond in detail. To make the quote process easier we do ask that you prepare as much of a description of what you want typed out and send it to us directly. The more information we can get, the easier it is for us to build what you're looking for. You will not be charged anything until we reach an agreement. Remember, our company does charge consulting fees if the project takes more than an hour for us to find your solution. If you are clear and concise about what you want in writing then we can avoid the consulting cost and jump right into development.
