This Joomla Mass Email component was made for Joomla 1.5 native and community builder. Our goal was to extend the capabilities of of ConstantContacts.com API functionality into Joomla and still be CAN SPAM compliant.

With new regulation mass mailing can be a risky business. The new law states a user must NOT have to login to to cancel subscription to your newsletter. Our system offers the users the ability to easily gain access to the newsletter subscribe and unsubscribe without having to be logged into Joomla directly. Users and also easily join your newsletter and not be part of your community. Users who do join your community are offered the ability to control their own newsletter settings with clicks of a mouse and internal controls.

We do not modify the core of Joomla in anyway. The system does write to your database but does not alter any existing information. When you un-install this component the database tables stay in position. This way it allows for easy upgrades.

This is a much-needed component for Joomla. There's a huge contingent of Joomla users out there using Constant Contact, and it will be a great way for them NOT to have to switch to another email program, by having this component up and running strong.

Please make compatible with CB 1.2

Newsletter component that integrates with CB? Wow, bring it on. I was very excited about discovering this extension as I am aiming a 100% user-friendliness, which means users must be able to make any changes/newsletter sign-ups/event enrollments/etc. in one place - in the CB profile. Please make it compatible with CB 1.2. It's deal-breaker for me so far smilies/sad.gif

but will be waiting with a baited breath. Thanks a lot
