Joomla Training
We provide Joomla remote and on-site training services. Services are provided a one on one or group basis. Our Joomla training sessions can be done at your location or via online screen sharing sessions. We use the latest Webex screen sharing technology with built in voip or phone teleconferencing. Our hands on approach to learning Joomla has empowered hundreds of novice Joomla users.
What kind of training do you provide?
We can help you from the basics of learning how to install Joomla to the advanced options like changing permissions and adding and updating modules. We will not train customers how to code or how to make templates. If you would like advanced training please enquire about what you want to learn and we will let you know if we can provide services.
- Joomla installation with Basic SSH install commands
- Basics In Joomla (anything in the core install of Joomla)
- Basics in Joomla SEO - Keyword research, writing content, linking, meta, link bait, community
- 3rd Party Components - Example: Community Builder, MyBlog, Virtumart, and many more
Our sessions are semi formal. We allow the customer to ask questions and interact. We don't mind if you want to jump around to several topics in the same session. Our goal in training is to go at your pace. If one session is not enough we always can welcome you back to another and start where we left off.
What is required for training?
We recommend that you have you have a broadband connection so our screen sharing software works. We recommend that you use Internet Explorer for training with our software. You will need a phone number or Skype to hold the conversation. We do not provide chat training services.
Where do I meet you for training?
You will receive a confirmation email with the training session URL, date and time. We will send you a reminder email message about 10 min before the meeting.

What Languages do you support?
We can provide training sessions in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
How do you schedule your training?
We are very flexible with our training hours. If you need training in off hours we do our best to accommodate you. We recommend that you first purchase your training and then schedule a time with our staff that we can meet you. You can use the form at the bottom of this page to schedule meeting. Training sessions are limited to 2 hour sessions. Sessions must be completed at the scheduled time on the same day until complete. If you leave your session early or don't arrive you will not be issued a refund. Our meetings are scheduled in our WebEx online meeting software and emailed to you for confirmation. We request that if you need to reschedule an existing training session that you provide a 48 hour notice.
What is the cost of training?
Rates are quoted for one trainer and 2 students. Group training Rates are at $60.00 hour per seat. If you have special needs please contact our sales department. If you have a group that wants training please send us an email about what you would like to learn in your session.
